For example, We store deleted and edited messages to power the event logging as well as the deleted and edited message viewing features. It is worth noting that users have the option to NOT give certain information. (This doesn't apply to IDs. Util needs your IDs to work properly. Security of this data is our first priority here. We store your database in secure databases. We strive to use commercially-acceptable means to safeguard your personal information. We DO NOT send your personal information to third parties neither for advertisement purposes nor other purposes.
We require your server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs or user IDs because Util is dependent on them to function.
If users don't want their personal information like deleted and edited messages etc. Certain options in the setting panels allow you to disable these. Please note that if you disable it, We will neither keep nor recieve your personal data in any way. Also note that if you remove any information, That information will not be available within the bot.
Please note that you cannot disable messages logging for event logging. That is dependent on the server moderators.
In accordance with policies enacted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to have your data be removed from the bot. Getting the entirety of your data removed means that you will not be able to use majority features of this bot.
